The right level of support, at the right stage of growth.

Every engagement starts with understanding where you are, where you’re trying to go, and what’s actually standing in the way.

how we work

Four ways to engage.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about where you are and what you need. From there, we scope the right level of support. Whether that’s a quick audit, an ongoing retainer, a full Business Development build, or a budget-friendly website, we’ll find the right fit.

Business Development Assessment & Roadmap

Not sure where to start? We audit your current Business Development process, identify gaps, and deliver a 90-day action plan with clear priorities. Most clients use this as a starting point before moving into a retainer engagement.

Fractional Business Development Partner

This is our core engagement. We embed with your team 10 to 20 hours per week and run your outbound Business Development as if we were on staff. You get senior Business Development leadership at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.

Business Development Operations Build

Need the entire Business Development function built from scratch and handed off to your team? We design and document everything: playbooks, outreach sequences, prospect lists, and CRM pipeline processes. You get a turnkey system your team can run on day one.

Website Design & Development

Need a clean, professional website without the big agency price tag? We design and build affordable websites for small businesses — from simple landing pages to multi-page sites with clear messaging, SEO basics, and a look that builds trust.

Most founders and small business owners know they should be using AI. Few know how to use it in a way that actually moves the needle on their business. This is a personalized, one-on-one virtual coaching session built around your business and your specific challenges.

In a focused working session, we’ll walk you through exactly how we use AI tools in our BD practice every day — writing outreach emails and sequences, researching target markets, building prospect lists, creating proposals and documents, and summarizing pipeline activity. No theory, no generic demos. We work through your actual tasks using your actual business.

You’ll walk away knowing how to use these tools independently and immediately. Available as a single session or a three-session package for deeper implementation and follow-up.

How is this different from hiring a full-time Business Development rep? You get senior-level experience and execution without the salary, benefits, and ramp time. Most fractional engagements are up and running in days, not months.

How quickly can you get started? Typically within one to two weeks of signing. We do a quick onboarding to understand your product, target market, and goals, and then we get to work.

Do you work with companies outside the US? Our primary focus is North America, but we’re happy to work with startups and small businesses based or expanding outside the US. If you’re not sure if we’re a fit, just reach out and we’ll let you know.

What size companies do you work with? We work best with small businesses and early-stage companies — typically in the 1 to 50 employee range. Whether you’re a solo operator, a growing startup, or an established small business that’s never had structured outreach, we can help.

How do engagements typically start? Most clients start with the Business Development Assessment & Roadmap to get clarity on priorities before committing to a longer engagement.

Do you work on commission or performance-based pay? No. We work on a flat project fee or monthly retainer. This keeps incentives aligned and ensures consistent effort regardless of deal timing.

What industries do you work with? We focus on small businesses and owner-operated companies across a wide range of industries — including professional services, retail, trades, consulting, and more. If you’re running a small business and need help growing your client base, we’re a good fit.

How do I know if I need fractional Business Development or something else? If your pipeline is inconsistent, your founders are still doing most of the selling, or you know you need outbound but don’t have the bandwidth to run it, fractional Business Development is likely the right fit.
